When My parents decided to move from Atlanta, Georgia to Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, to be closer to children and grandchildren, the Villages at Cross Creek seemed the perfect location to build them a new home. With Mitchell Wynne Builders Inc. as our contractor, my husband and I found that the planning, selection, and building process went smoothly. Mitchell was on site almost everyday to check progress, make sure materials were delivered on time, and assure vendors were installing to his specifications.

The finished townhouse is beautiful, and the construction is of very high quality, All the additions and modifications my parents requested were met with an "Of course, we can do that!" attitude which was very much appreciated. My parents love their new home and are very grateful to Mitchell and his people for making it possible.
